We believe in sustainable development and support developer driven projects with early phase feasibility studies, site analysis and architectural design services. OPAL recognizes that developers face a specific set of challenges when undertaking a project. These challenges include entitlements, zoning restrictions, building codes, budgeting, cost management and financial constraints among others. We work in a variety of project typologies including multi-family housing, mixed use and communal design. OPAL’s design services can help developers understand how to best utilize their site with careful analysis of the many parameters that constrain a project, while also providing architectural design solutions that unlock and maximize a project’s inherent potential.
