Portland, ME Energy Efficient Renovation
Our latest renovation in Portland, ME is underway! When we were approached for the project, the home was a blank slate on the inside – already stripped back to the framing. 
This one-bedroom home has a dynamic interior full of natural light due to few key window adjustments and an open plan with a loft, and the renovation is working with the existing form of the building to a large extent. 
There have been major structural upgrades, and the home will be well insulated from top to bottom!
