Our Most Recent Passive House Certification: Jung Haus!
GO Logic is pleased to announce our most recent Passive House Institute certified Passive House, the Jung Haus! This 2,300 square foot, single-family home, with detached garage and apartment, is the first certified Passive House in the state of Michigan. GO Logic provided the architectural design services and worked in collaboration with Michael Klinger, local contractor and Certified Passive House Consultant, to build and certify this project. The homeowners have been living in the home for three seasons now, and report being comfortable through both warm summer days and cold snaps in the winter.
