Jung Haus Construction Completed!

We are very pleased to announce the completion of the Jung residence!  Design for the Jung Haus, a 2,300 square-foot, single-family residence with a detached garage and apartment, began about a year ago in Oakland County, Michigan. The home has been designed to meet the Passive House standard, and is on track to become the first certified Passive House in Michigan. On the heels of a recent trip to the University of Chicago, principles Matt O’Mailia and Alan Gibson visited the homeowners at their new residence.  After fine-tuning the mechanical system just a bit, the Jung’s felt the house was performing beautifully, and is exceptionally comfortable.chairs kitchen path
