Cousins River Residence Receives Editor’s Choice Award
We are pleased to share that Fine Homebuilding Magazine has selected our Cousins River Residence for their Editor’s Choice Award in this year’s 2016 Houses Awards.
Their article, featured in this month’s issue, highlights the comfortable, minimal floor plan of this 1600 square foot home. The intentionally simple forms of the residence and screened porch, connected to the garage by a covered walkway, afford beautiful views of the wooded pine forest and estuary beyond.
