A Grand Award for Little House on the Ferry
We are honored to have received a Builders Choice & Custom Home Design Award for our Little House on the Ferry project. This 682 sq ft seasonal residence was acknowledged with a grand award in the Custom Home Under 5,000 Square Feet category. 
Located on the island of Vinalhaven, off the coast of Maine, this home consists of three cabins, connected by an exterior walkway. The two bedroom cabins, and living/dining space, rest above a non-operational quarry, with views of the ocean beyond.
